Are YOU ready to thrive in your transition?
Are you ready not just to survive, but to really thrive? For almost 30 years, Interaction International has been answering that question by preparing adolescent Third Culture Kids/TCKs and MKs, like you, through our Transition Seminars. The content is designed to be interactive, fun, insightful and if applicable, healing.
At the seminars, you’ll find a safe place to work through issues, talk about what’s on your heart and celebrate your heritage with like-minded friends. You’ll come away affirmed, encouraged and empowered as a unique, valuable person, to make choices that will enable you to have a profound impact on this world. There will be chances to share in small groups, around meals or in informal chats with one of the staff who have a heart and a passion to encourage you as you think through these new adjustments.Don't just take our word for it...
Here’s what some TCKs had to say about the Seminar:
“It was an amazing experience for me and I am eternally in your debt. I was able to learn more about myself and why I am the way that I am. I made many friends and had an absolute BLAST! THANKS SO MUCH!”
“I originally came because my parents signed me up and I thought, ‘What have I got to lose?’ But it was really helpful. It led me to think about what it means to be a TCK, and how it will affect my relationships and future decisions.”
“I thoroughly enjoyed it and it was very helpful. In a world of being misunderstood, I finally found people from my culture! Thank you, thank you!”
“This seminar helped me so much and I would recommend it especially to parents who have kids who aren’t graduating, but are moving back. Sending their children to a seminar like this helps so much. It has helped me SO much!”
It’s not just about sessions! We hope you’ll take advantage of all the fun activities like soccer, volleyball, swimming or just hanging out with some newly formed friends to share about your life in another part of the world. Many of these relationships last long after the seminar is over.
Spend some enjoyable days with us and other global nomads exploring a very normal experience called transition, and see how your TCK and MK background provides an important foundation on which to build the skills you will use all your life.
